The Latest

LifeintheLightAs I look out the dining room window, a bright yellow maple tree reminds me that Fall is in full swing.  I love this time of year and can’t keep the stereo silent.  The beauty outside just beckons me to keep the music playing whether I‘m at home, in the car or outside.  One of the “new Cd’s” I’ve been enjoying is from the Lester’s – Life in the Light.  The songs are superb!  What do you think about a chance to win a copy this month?

This is the first project the Lester’s have recorded as a male trio.  It has 13 songs on it…a few written by Justin Wells, their new tenor, and a few old songs.  My personal favorite is track seven, The Way He Was Raised.  The lyrics tell a very interesting story about the life of our Lord – I think you’ll enjoy it!

I’m thankful for the Collingsworth Family’s rendition of “Burdens Are Lifted at Calvary.” It has touched me time and time again throughout the year.

Congratulations to Anthony! You are the winner of the Lester’s CD “Life in the Light!”

I want to thank everyone for taking the time to participate in this months give-a-way! Reading all your comments and what you are thankful for brought tears to my eyes and reminded me of all the blessings and wonderful people the Lord has brought into my life too! Words can’t describe our gratitude when we have loved ones who can say they’re free from cancer like Barney’s daughter, a safe delivery of a son like JSR and the relationship we get to enjoy with our Savior. All of those things are truly “miracles!”

Thank you all for being such good sports!…and don’t forget to come back in December for another chance to win!

    Blessings,
    Lynn
