In October, the Gospel Music Hymn Sing went on tour for the very first time and ended just before Thanksgiving with a special DVD taping at First Baptist of Atlanta, the church Dr. Charles Stanley pastor’s in Georgia. I can’t express how neat it is to be able to say that we not only attended…
Hello everyone! I just returned home from a GREAT week in Louisville, Kentucky at the National Quartet Convention, and now I’m “stocked up” and ready for the September give-a-way! This give-a-way will be different than any other we’ve done so far this year. I’m so excited! One lucky winner will not receive just two, but…
For our final week, I wanted to do something really fun…with a little comedy, ya’ know? No matter who you go see in concert in the Southern Gospel realm, you’re bound to laugh. If you don’t, well, there’s something wrong with you! LOL Following that trend, I wanted to take this last poll and do…
The second weekend in March has become home to Praisefest Branson – a three day event hosted by Legacy Five and Greater Vision in Branson, Missouri. That audience was at its best in the mornings, and this particular morning, they liked standing ovations. (I’d challenge you to count just how many they gave…
March may be known as “March Madness” in the sports circle, but in Missouri, Southern Gospel Fans look forward to March as the month that Greater Vision and Legacy Five host Praisefest Branson in Branson, Missouri. This year, GV and L5 invited artists such as the Mark Trammell Quartet, Jeff and Sheri Easter, the…
What are the chances that the first Friday of March would also be the first day of the month? LOL Well, it is! That means you don’t have to wait one more day to see what you could win this month on the give-a-way! Speaking of that prize, we’re doing something a little different this…
Last October, we had the privilege of attending The Great Smokies Praisefest hosted by Greater Vision in Sevierville, TN for the first time. Over the course of three days we enjoyed Legacy Five, the Mark Trammell Quartet, the Booth Brothers, Geraldine and Ricky, the Collingsworth Family, Mike Speck, the Kingdom Heirs, Dr. Charles…
